'Learning to disagree with others without being disagreeable is an important aspect of Christian character'

Christianity Explored is an informal course for people who would like to investigate Christianity, or just brush up on the basics.

It explores who Jesus was, what his aims were, and what it means to follow him. You're not asked to pray, sing, or read aloud, and you can ask any question you like. Or, if you prefer, you can come along and simply listen.

Our next course starts in June and will be led by Andy Fearnley:

7 week course: Wednesdays@8pm starting June 8.

To book or for further details, contact the church office.

Opportunities to join our staff team can be found on the vacancies page.

St Nicholas Church, Sevenoaks is a large Anglican evangelical church in the centre of Sevenoaks, seeking to bring glory to God through proclaiming and obeying his Word. We believe that the heart of the gospel is that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins, to bring us forgiveness and new life. We seek to proclaim this message joyfully to people in Sevenoaks and throughout the world.

We have a wide range of activities for adults and children both on Sundays and midweek. Details of all these activities can be found on this website, or by contacting the church office.
