The church family meets for prayer on the first Tuesday evening of the month at 8pm in the Undercroft, finishing around 9.15pm.

There is also a new shorter monthly daytime prayer meeting at midday on the first Wednesday of every month, and we especially encourage those who cannot make the regular monthly evening prayer meeting to attend this daytime meeting.

Following the example of the early church in Acts 6:4, we recognise the importance of prayer and of being focused on God’s will, and we encourage all church members to make this monthly meeting a priority.

The setting is informal, providing opportunities to pray in small groups around tables or as a larger body. A mixture of prayer topics are selected each month, always including thanksgiving, a focus on world mission and two or three different aspects of church life within Sevenoaks.
