We have a wide range of daytime events for women of all ages, details of which are given below. The co-ordinator for all these events is Andrea Trevenna, who can be contacted for further information.

Mums' Study Group

A fortnightly Bible study and prayer meeting, aimed to support women at whatever stage they are at in the Christian life. Meets in the Undercroft 10-11am (coffee served from 9.20) on alternate Friday mornings. A creche is available.

Daytime Women's Christianity Explored course

The aim of the course is to look at the person of Jesus Christ in Mark's gospel and explores what Christianity is really all about. No background knowlege of the Bible needed! There will be a short talk each week and the opportunity to ask any question you like or just sit and listen. Do feel able to just come for the first week and see what you think!

Women's Workshops

A monthly meeting featuring a talk from the Bible with opportunity for discussion. Meets in the Undercroft 10-11am on the first Friday of each month. A creche is available.

Women's Bible Study

Small groups meeting fortnightly to study the Bible and pray together. Three groups are currently running, meeting on Mondays (led by Sue MacLeay and Lin Weymouth), Tuesdays (led by Margaret Killingray) and Thursdays (led by Jane Oden and Cindy Von Kaufmaan).

In addition to these meetings there is a Women's Breakfast every month and also the lunchtime group Tuesday Fellowship. Women with babies or pre-school children may also be interested in Babies Club or Mum & Co . For our Christian basics course for women, follow the link to Christianity Explored.
