Jigsaw is a special evening event held at Lady Boswell’s School once every term. It is open to all children aged between 7 and 11, or in school years 3 to 6. Tickets cost 50 pence each, and advance booking is advisable as places are limited. A parental consent form needs to be completed for each child every year.
Jigsaw is designed to help children who do not normally come to church to learn about Jesus in a fun environment. It is a great opportunity for children from Explorers to invite their friends along too.
Children can choose to do any two from a wide range of fun activities including sports, crafts, drama, cookery and karaoke. Squash, crisps and biscuits are served, and a tuck shop (maximum spend 20p!) is run half-way through the evening. The main focus of the evening is a Bible talk.
To sign up for Jigsaw or find out more, please contact the church office. Children who attend Explorers regularly can find details of Jigsaw in the term card, and forms can be collected from your child’s Explorers group leader.
